Specjał Capital Group has signed a contract with a Lublin-based IT company, Infinite, under which one of the leading FMCG distributors in Poland will implement marketplace, the trading platform by Infinite.

„Being in the forefront of the Polish food industry, we keep monitoring the sector of modern technology, since we realize the potential that IT solutions have in terms of trade. The Specjał Capital Group cooperates with 20 000 POS on a daily basis all over Poland, that is why, implementing a system that would automate key processes connected with the order processing was crucial” – Krzysztof Tokarz, Chairman of Specjał Management Board.

Marketplace for distributors facilitates thorough integration of the Specjał distribution centres with contractors, what enables the company to react more timely and accurately to the market shifts. Activities which previously took significant amount of time and generated numerous mistakes related to the manual data processing, can be carried out much faster. The system automates and standardizes the key sales processes between distributors and retailers, including: generating individual offers, automating order processing, managing promotions and financial procedures. The functionality of system was appreciated by the retailers, who awarded market24 with “Srebrna Perła Rynku FMCG 2014” (Silver Pearl of the FMCG Market 2014).

„Contractors, who cooperate with the Speciał Capital Group will quickly experience the advantages of marketplace. Our system allows to make orders 24/7 from any place in the world. Users are supported in their purchase decisions by detailed product descriptions and photos. It is worth noting that thanks to its unique solutions, marketplace can boast about tens of thousands of shops connected to the system all over Poland. The implementation of IT solutions is strategic for the efficient trading processes, especially in terms of large distributors, such as Specjał, who wish to provide top customer service and, simultaneously, reduce its costs”. – states Jacek Dudzik, Chairman of Infinite Management Board.

Infinite has systematically gained ground as the B2B systems provider on the Polish market as well as abroad since 2001. The company’s core activity is software development, including: mobile SFA systems, EDI systems for e-invoicing and e-archiving as well as ERP solutions for distributors.
