Infinite IT Solutions dynamically entered the sector of ECM systems (Enterprise Content Management) in Poland. The company acquired ECM solutions and took over the support of existing customers from the Warsaw-based IT house, itBCG, which has been actively present in this branch for the past 10 years. The formal takeover was concluded in November 2015, opening for Infinite new perspectives in the financial sector, telecom and banking.
Infinite has been closely linked to the FMCG sector. The company has developed software for producers, distributors and retail chains that serves to automate their key business processes for 14 years now. Infinite specialises in gateway solutions which allow for the interchange and archiving of digital documents. These days it is hard to imagine the CPG industry without SFA solutions supporting area sales representatives in their daily tasks, which Infinite has developed since 2004. The complete ERP system is responsible for the management of corporate resources, while the ICT support guarantees proper operations of network infrastructure.
By acquiring the package of ECM solutions from itBCG, Infinite enters the dynamic and promising sector of IT systems for telecoms and financial institutions. Infinite is going to develop its competences in this new sector drawing on the experience gained so far on the local and international markets. ECM systems cater to the needs of enterprises which want to efficiently manage bulk quantities of incoming and outgoing mail.
Having a wide package of IT solutions at its disposal, Infinite can support companies on various levels of their operations – including electronic data interchange, sales-support measures for mobile sales force, work time management, the management of incoming and outgoing mail. The offer of complementary solutions eliminates the inconvenience of cooperating with numerous IT vendors and contributes to establishing the integrated and consistent IT environment.
