In August 2017, the deployment of Infinite SFA mobile system came to an end. Now tens of sales representatives all over Poland have access to the mobile system with up-to-date business data, including stock levels, pricelists for individual business partners and information about payments with business partners. Also, sales managers gained a reliable tool which provides them with current information about the sales performance or reports on KPIs.
Moving sales processes to Infinite SFA and standardizing sales-related activities have improved the productivity of sales reps, and also have contributed to better business relations with customers. By integrating Infinite SFA with SAP, it was possible to reduce the workload on order and special offer processing, what allows Gobarto to use its resources and the market potential more efficiently.
