The Infinite IT Solutions creates the Electronic Invoicing Platform (PEF), which will be used to service and document the implementation process by contracting authorities and contractors of public supplies in the phase after the award of the contract.

The platform will operate in accordance with the standards of the Open PEPPOL Association and the guidelines of the Ministry of Entrepreneurship and Technology. The goal of the project is to introduce electronic invoices in relations with public administration. As Infinite IT Solutions, we enable exchange of invoices between entities in the B2B area for years. We are glad that we will be able to use the experience gained so far in the new government project – said Grzegorz Sztorc from Infinite.

On April 18th, all public administration are required to have an account on the Electronic Invoicing Platform. Anyone who provides services or products will be able to send an electronic invoice via PEF, just create an account on the platform. Both suppliers and recipients will use the PEF platform free of charge.

The launch of PEF is a consequence of Directive 2014/55/EU of the Council and the European Parliament on electronic invoicing in public deliveries, which introduces the obligation to receive structured electronic invoices by the buyer.
